The company mainly works on the R & D, production and sales of air conditioning refrigeration copper pipes, high-precision copper straps and tube fittings. The products are mainly applied to refrigeration equipments such as air-conditioning condensers and refrigerators, electric power & apparatus, transportation and other sectors. The annual sales of the company are over 2 billion Yuan.
Shandong Albetter Copper & Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Linqing Rainbow Group, which was established in November 2001, has the total assets of RMB1.8 billion, and has a land area of about 666, 670 m2. In order to get a better developing, the company has merged with the Grant Canal Thermal-electric Company into a big copper processing industry enterprise, which is the only large scale copper fabrication enterprise in China who has power plant and 2 kinds of process of press rolling and cast rolling exist at the same time. The project of Thin-wall High-and-inner Grooved Copper Tube production line was specified by the State Economic& Trade Commission as a project of “ High Production, High Efficiency & Fine Quality” , which was also specified by the Ministry Science and Technology Development of China as the “ Project of the National Torch Plan” . The own developed production technique of “ Continuous Fabrication of High Precision Inner Grooved Copper Tube” was appraised by Chinese Non-ferrous Metal Council as one of the latest international achievements in scientific research in 2005. The technology center of the company is named “ the Enterprise Technology Center of Shandong Province” and “ the Engineering Technology & Research Center of High Precision Copper Fabrication of Shandong Province” . The “ Ao Brand” high-precision inner-grooved cooper tube was appraised as Chinese famous brand in 2005.
The company boasts of strong technique power, excellent production equipments and a full rang of testing equipments. There are a number of equipments which are advanced with in the home industry, such as 31.5MN extruder, LGC75II cold Pilger mill, roller-hearth continuous induction annealing furnace imported from Germany, direct-reading ARL3460, spectrometer imported from Switzerland, Æ 1800 inverse inner-groove forming machine, horizontal continuous casing furnace, planetary rolling and so on. The products of the company include inner-grooved copper tubes, bright brass tubes, mosquito coil type tubes, straight tubes and other copper alloy products. The company has built a good business relationship with Qingdao Haier, Hisense, Guangdong Chigo, Aux. The products have been exported to USA, South Korea, Syria, Saudi Arabia and other areas.
The thermal-electric plant of the company has 2 sets of 25MW and 1 set of 50MW heating power sets, 3 sets of 130 T/ H and 1set of 170 T/ H circulation fluid bed boiler. The sufficient electric power makes the company’ s products to be very competitively in the cost and the price in the market.
